TERMS OF AGREEMENT

At Sticks and Stones, our commitment to delivering exceptional quality necessitates a certain operational process. Upon your request, we will thoughtfully provide a quotation for your proposed project. Should you wish to proceed, we kindly require a deposit amounting to 50% of the project cost prior to the commencement of any sample production. This policy ensures that we can dedicate our resources, time, and craftsmanship to creating your customized piece.

 

In the event that you are not fully satisfied with the preliminary sample or if you decide to cancel your project, please be informed that a cancellation fee will apply. This fee equates to 50% of your initial deposit, to compensate for the materials and the man-hours expended in crafting your piece.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into the date the customer submits a 50% deposit of agreed upon price, by and between Sticks and Stones, and [Customer’s Full Name].

 

1. SCOPE OF WORK

The Company agrees to create a custom product as per the detailed specifications provided by the Customer. The Company will produce a sample of the product for approval before proceeding with the final product.

 

2. PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS

The total cost for the creation of the custom product will be communicated to the Customer. An upfront deposit of 50% of the total cost is required before work commences. The balance payment is due upon completion of the project.

 

3. CHANGE REQUEST AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Stick and Stones allows up to (5) adjustments while in the sample process. The Customer can request changes to the product while in the sample process and the work has commenced. In the event of project cancellation by the Customer, a fee equating to 50% of the initial deposit will be retained by the Company to cover material and labor costs incurred.

 

4. PRODUCT DELIVERY

The Company will provide an estimated completion date. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the Customer. Delivery methods and costs will be discussed with the Customer.

 

5. WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE

The Company guarantees the quality of the custom product. Specific terms and conditions for product servicing or repairs will be provided separately.

  • Are the crystals ethically sourced?
    Yes, we have specific vendors we work closely with.
  • How do I take care of my crystals?
    You can choose your preferred method of cleaning and what resonates with you the most: immerse your crystal in the smoke of burning sage stick or resin, placing your crystal under the light of the sun or the full moon for at least 4 hours or bury your crystal in the earth and allow it to become recharged with Earth energy. If it’s a smaller crystal, you can place it on top of a Clear Quartz crystal or Selenite crystal to clear and cleanse any stuck energy.   • Can I request a specific crystal that is not listed on your website?
    Yes, we do offer request for a specific crystal. Please email info@stickslv.com.
  • Can I get personalized recommendations for crystals based on my needs or intentions?

  • Are the photographs on your website accurate representations of the actual crystals?
    Yes it is, we do not photoshop or altar any of our products.

    Yes, you will receive your tracking number once your order has been processed. Once the package has been picked up by the carrier, you will then be able to track your order.

  • Are your crystals cleansed and charged before shipping?
    They are not but with a purchase of any crystal, we will offer a sample of our White Sage, so you may cleanse and set your intentions for your crystal.
